Refund and Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, unwashed, unused and with tags intact. After this period, we are not accepting any return & exchange from customer side.
How to Process a Return & Exchange
Customers must capture the details by taking clear photos of all the product and writing a brief description of the problem. The images and details should be sent via email to info@thesrkleather.com, and the customer support team will respond you within 24 hours with further instruction. The item should then be shipped using a trackable courier service to the designated return address, and the tracking number must be shared with customer support. Once received, the item will be inspected, and the refund or exchange process will be initiated. Refunds are finalized within 3 business days, but bank processing may take 5 to 24 days to reflect in the account.
Exchange Requirements
To be eligible for an exchange, products must be unused, unwashed a, and in their original condition with tags are attached to the product. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping associated with the exchanges. Once the returned item is received, a replacement product will be dispatched within 15 days.
Refund Processing Details
Refunds are processing within 3 business days and issued to the original payment method. Customers will receive an email notification with confirmation and further instructions once the refund has been initiated.
Extended Holiday Return and Exchange Period
During the Christmas season, the return and exchange period is extended to 90 days to accommodate holiday purchases. For assistance, customers can email info@thesrkleather.com.
Order Cancellation Terms
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of receiving the product for a full refund. If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours but within 3 days before shipping, a 30% deduction will apply. Cancellations are not accepted after 30 days from order confirmation.
Restocking Fee & Return Costs
All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and customers must also cover the return shipping charges.
